✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

You notify us within 3 days of delivery

The item is unused and in original condition

The item is shipped back to us within 15 days after return approval

Please note:
Due to the custom and spiritual nature of our handmade drums, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Customized drum orders made to your specifications

Color or sound tone preference (as natural hides vary)

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition:

You’ll receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
